Of course, as a translator, my main goal is to provide you with a correct translation. I invariably translate from English into (Belgian) Dutch. I am convinced that a good translator only translates into his or her mother tongue. Would you like to translate from or into another language? Please let me know. For this purpose, I work together with colleagues and translation agencies.

Specialization: psychology & human resources
I earned my degree in Applied Psychology from Howest. Although this major explores all facets of psychology, I focused on human resources, recruitment, onboarding and employee wellness through electives, internships and research. Also, I studied at Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia (USA). Through my studies there, I learned about psychology in an English-speaking context. Furthermore, as a recruitment consultant, I also have professional work experience within this branch of psychology. So I know not only the theoretical, but also the practical side of this fascinating world.
Specialization: aviation & tourism
Since childhood, I have had an unquenchable passion for aviation and travel. I know the technical terminology and nuances within the aviation industry inside out. During my studies, I did research into stressfactors and burnout among pilots. Through my extensive experience traveling over 26 countries in a variety of settings, I also understand the cultural differences and expectations of travelers worldwide, which enhances the quality of my translations for marketing materials and travel guides, for example. Finally, my passion also keeps me up to date with the latest developments in these sectors.
